The Tokyo University of Technology (TUT) is a private university in Tokyo, Japan, which has been chartered as a university since 1986. It traces its roots back to a predecessor founded in 1947, called Soubi Gakuen. TUT educates students to become engineers and information and communications technology (ICT) experts.
